Whistleblower scheme
Metro Service's whistleblower scheme is designed to make to bring any violations of the law and serious matters to Metro Service's attention in a safe and confidential manner.
Everyone with a work-related connection to Metro Service can report issues via the scheme, e.g. regarding suppliers and current or former employees.
If you are a customer and have a comment about Metro Service, please reach out to Customer Service instead.
A whistleblower report could e.g. concern:
Financial crime and violation of accounting rules, bribery, fraud, forgery, corruption, theft, illegal instructions and breaches of occupational safety, sexual harassment, systematic bullying, violence and other serious personal conflicts in the workplace that may affect the life and health of others.
If you choose to submit an anonymous report, we encourage you to use a computer and internet connection that is not connected to Metro Service.
