The Light Rail

Metro Service has been chosen to operate the Light Rail around Copenhagen.

Our strong and experienced organisation is a great force when preparing and mobilising for the new task ahead. 

We will manage train operations and prepare the trains in our control and maintenance centre, and our new light rail drivers will operate the trains while servicing passengers in the same professional manner as our stewards do in the Metro today.

We look forward to the 29 light rail trains being ready to go, filled with passengers and with full steam ahead.
