Need access to the Metro?
Everyone working in the metro system must complete a course beforehand. With the course comes an access card, so you can move safely around in the metro system during your work for Metro Service.
Suppliers who need access should contact their contact person at Metro Service, who will provide access to the first part of the course programme.
The access card is valid for two years from the date of issue.
Quarterly CSR reporting
We need our suppliers to report on labour conditions, including contracts and collective agreements, working conditions, working hours and facilities, and use of apprentices.
Our suppliers operating under Danish legislation are required to fill out a CSR questionnaire every quarter. This questionnaire enables us to make sure they comply with legislation and fulfil our requirements.
The reporting must be done quarterly before 15/03, 15/06, 15/09 and 15/12.
The supplier completes and signs this form and vouches for the accuracy of the information contained herein.
